The Wind In the Willows

Mole had no idea that the Wild Wood would be a place full of friends. Well, not many but a few at least who he could frolic with! One day, he beats his fear to hop out of his burrow and, lo and behold, he is among the best of friends: Rat, Badger and Mr Toad. But, then, the Wild Wood is full of enemies too! Weasels and stoats are sinister and they have their own evil designs. Can Mole and his friends overcome them? Kenneth Grahame told these fantastic stories to his son in his childhood. Later, he compiled them in The Wind in the Willows for all the children in the world who like to read 🙂
